Counter-Notification:

If you believe the material removed or disabled due to a DMCA claim was misidentified or does not infringe on copyright, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

  • Your contact information.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

Repeat Infringers:

Vegas Sweeps reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
